Aerial Dead Angle An aerial version of Dead Angle! Press forward and any two buttons while blocking in the air to perform an attack that will send the oppoent flying back!
Defense Modifier Decreased from 1.30 to 1.20.
Stun Resist Increased from 50 to 55.
Initial Dash Speed Raised from 24,500 to 25,500.
Normals:
2P Damage increased from 6 to 12.
5P Damage increased from 6 to 10.
2K Initial Proration adjusted from 70% to 80%. Damage increased from 8 to 12.
5K Initial Proration adjusted from 85% to 90%. Damage increased from 12 to 18.
6K Crumples opponent on ground Counter Hit. Landing recovery lowered from 5+3 after landing to 5+2 after landing.
f.S Attack Level increased from 2 to 3.
5H Startup lowered from 10f to 8f. Counter Hit tumble duration increased from X to 36f. Damage increased from 30 to 35.
j.P Damage increased from 8 to 12.
j.H Starup lowered from 8f to 7f.
Specials:
Air Alpha Blade Untech time increased to 50f.
Resshou Gatlings into Beta Blade.
Beta Blade (Resshou Follow-up) No strike or throw invincibility. Has 120 untech.
Wall Cling Chipp moves up and down on the wall faster. Wall crawl speed tripled when moving up the wall, doubled when moving down the wall.
Slow/Fast Shuriken Damage increased from 10 to 20. Gain 10 tension when the move hits. Locks down opponent as if they were hit by gamma blade on hit.
Overdrives:
Banki Mesai - Increased damage from (6*32) (38*4) to (6*32) (45*4).
Force Breaks:
FB Rokusai (236D) A fast sliding low that can be used on its own or after Resshou. Cancellable into Resshou and its followups with the exception of Rokusai.
FB Air Alpha Blade (j.236D) Can be performed off wall cling with D. Chipp lunges diagonally downwards, striking opponents in his path.
FB Shuriken (214D) Chipp throws giant shuriken either slowly at a diagonal or quickly horizontally. Affects shuriken that Chipp will throw next in the air.
